The last 3 anglers at the fishery, Chris Jones from Cross Hands, John Worgan and Lee from Cardiff caught 12, 10 and 7 cracking rainbows all to the net and lost many more good fish. The lake is cooler now and the fish are rising.
Pant Y Bedw Fishery is a beautiful site located in a rural but very accessible location with extremely good access from the A48/M4/A40. Pant Y Bedw Fishery lakes are nestled in a natural bowl surrounded by woodland on 3 sides. Challenger lake is currently stocked with rainbow and blue trout, minimum size 2lb. Pant Y Bedw Fishery is located approximately 5 miles east of Carmarthen and 2 miles from the A48 just past the National Botanic Gardens of Wales.
