If anyone wants to make a commercial video and this includes a U-tube video at Pant y Bedw fishery can they please contact me first to gain permission or you could end up in violation of the GDPA (general data protection act) not just by me but other anglers as well. This gives other anglers time to agree to having their pictures taken, even from a distance. Some anglers like their privacy and this must be respected at all times.
From the fishery point of view a good video is worth a thousand words so you will almost definitely get permission but please ask first.
Pant y Bedw fishery is a private fishery on privately owned land and not a public space.
If you have taken a video recently and wish to publish it then please let me know before you do.
I do not see anything wrong in still photos of a fish and angler but should not include other anglers without their permission.
